If you’re one of the growing group of patients using ManageMyHealth then here’s some useful information about using ManageMyhealth to contact us.
Recently a few of our patients have asked who they should be sending messages to when using ManageMyHealth. In the past many of you would have called us and always been put through to a nurse first. ManageMyHealth allows us to rethink this concept and connect you to the right person first time.
When using ManageMyHealth, please send all of your messages directly to your GP by selecting their name from the list. This includes queries, repeat prescription requests, or questions/concerns about the information on your health record.
If you’re working with one of nurses on managing your long-term health, then you can also contact them directly as well.
Remember that ManageMyHealth should not be used for any urgent queries or scripts. If you need urgent help, you can contact our nurses by phone.
Messages via ManageMyHealth may attract a fee, depending on complexity, time required, whether it’s a follow up to a previous appointment and the outcome. These fees are currently at the GPs discretion.
If you have any questions about using ManageMyHealth then please give us a call on 04 473 5181 or drop in and see us.
